RETURN & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar dates of the delivery date.
Shipping on all returns and exchanges is paid for by the purchaser. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Only one return or exchange per item per order will be accepted. All products must be sent back for inspection prior to refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after delivery.
To return or exchange an item, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
We want you to be happy with fit of your new item. If you ordered the wrong size, you can do a one-time exchange for the correct size. Shipping on all exchanges for size reasons is paid for by the purchaser. If you have any questions about sizing, check out our sizing chart or send us an email at email@example.com.
If you received your order and would like a different size, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 calendar days at email@example.com and we’ll make things right.
Order Never Arrived:
We currently only ship within the USA. Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Delivery is provided via USPS; you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Fashion waste due to unsold inventory is a big problem around the world. That’s why we print your new purchase when you order it, so we know we’re only producing as much as we need. Your new purchase will be printed within 5 days of ordering.
